Wray’s Quick Take
BIG changes this week in my power rankings as Winnipeg is taking a slide. And although Saskatchewan barely got by the Bombers with no Nichols or Harris, I got tired enough of the crying to Rider and Ti-Cats fans! Mitchell looked good in his first game back from injury and could easily have been the reason for Calgary to be my #1 team this week. But seeing that the Riders were in 2 last week and they beat Winnipeg, they get my top spot. I moved Edmonton below Montreal and this will surprise some. I love Trevor Harris as most of you know, BUT it is very obvious to me that he has no confidence in the red zone right now.
Andy’s Quick Take
I cannot deny Hamilton the top spot anymore, not after the Bombers loss. I was hesitant to move them below the Riders but the head to head match-up called for it. Calgary starts what I think will be a steady rise with Bo back, and the bottom 4 remain steady for another week with all the teams on bye.
