Rules are put into place for a reason. That said, rules can be amended and changed through the right channels. I think its our responsibility as adults to be aware of these rules and to not allow kids that may be ineligible to hit the field where they are going to be subject to a situation such as this where the coaching staff, school and athletes of a teams come under scrutiny.
