Gill’s subsequent return to the QMJHL comes after 22 outings in American Hockey League’s with the Syracuse Crunch. The Tampa Bay Lightning organization is notorious when it comes to doing what’s best for their prospects.

This return if true is by no means a demotion this is an opportunity for a young player that didn’t get a chance to play a ton of meaningful games as a “19” in the Q due to two upper body injuries that required Gill to shut things down

Dyllan Gill’s unwavering persistence, perseverance and work ethic to comeback from those injuries and return better than ever speaks volumes to the type of character he possesses and person he is.

Dyllan Gill’s potential return to the league and addition to the Moncton Wildcats backend is the type of move that will undoubtedly send shockwaves throughout the circuit.

Gill’s skill, compete level and style of play will bring a calming and an even more calming veteran presence on the Cats backend.

This move continues to solidifies the Moncton Wildcats as a top contender in the Q, but this is the type of move that might put them over the top as a contender for the Memorial Cup.

The Gill’s will now have two son’s on Cup contenders which has to be an unimaginable predicament.

Dyllan and Spencer’s younger brother Zachary was drafted by the Blainville Boisbriand Armada last June in Moncton at the Avenir Centre.
